In The Shining, Wendy Torrance discovers through this line that her husband Jack has not, as he claimed, worked on a book in the completely deserted Overlook hotel; rather, he has gone mad. She finds a stack of pages on which this sentence is written over and over again.
This eerie moment from the film is now eternalised in the shape of this The Shining Colour Changing Mug.
