Kung-Fu Master is the first side-scrolling beat 'em up arcade game and was released in December 1984. It is based on the Bruce Lee film Game of Death.
The goal of the game is to defeat opponents trained in different fighting techniques across 5 levels (similar to Barbarian) before you can embrace your girlfriend, who was kidnapped by the final boss Mr. X.
