Intelligence and sophistication were more traits expected of villains. Fortunately, comics and movies have evolved over the past few decades, and even more unconventional heroes get to enjoy a blockbuster film.
The prime example of a smart superhero, alongside Tony Stark, is Doctor Strange, conceived in 1963. The former neurosurgeon shows with the high-quality Marvel Doctor Strange Q-Fig what he does best: casting spells, letting his cloak billow, and staring into the distance with a slight arrogance.
