Description Solarcap

Excursion into nature? As a geek, you don't do things halfway and go camping in the deepest forest. The solar cap with LED lighting in the visor is the perfect outdoor tool for this: during the day it protects against the sun and at night it provides light for night hikes or reading in the tent. But even at home, nerds find the solar cap useful: kneeling under the desk behind the computer while installing the latest hardware! With the solar cap, you no longer need to hold a flashlight with your teeth ;)

The solar cap doesn't need batteries or a USB connection - you just need to put it on: during the day, the solar cell charges a battery that provides power to the two LEDs at night, which you can easily turn on with the push of a button. The LEDs shine up to 22m and can be dimmed. For emergencies, an SOS blink signal is even programmed, which is visible up to 2km away. If the battery has been charged by the sun for one day, the LEDs shine at full intensity for 3 hours, dimmed even up to 36 hours.

The solar cap is, of course, fully nature-compatible: it is waterproof and can even float. Despite the electronics in the visor, it weighs only 135 grams and the fabric is made of pure cotton, making the solar cap very comfortable to wear even on long tours. By the way, it doesn't have the usual round cap shape, but a fashionable, flat-topped shape. With a clip, the circumference can be adjusted from about 55 to 65cm.
