Description Webserver Power Strip PM211-MIP

As a geek, you have certainly thought about realizing some hardware project that you then wanted to control over the Internet. Unfortunately, the enormous power consumption of continuously running computers always gets in the way. With this power strip, that's no longer a problem:

This power strip features an Ethernet interface and an integrated web server, allowing two of the four slave sockets to be switched on or off individually. This can be done via WWW or via mobile phone using WAP. It is possible to set up multiple users with different switching rights.

To complete the functionality of the strip, it also has a master socket that detects when a connected device is turned on and can then automatically switch on the slave sockets. Furthermore, in the event of a power failure, the strip remembers the last switching state of the connections and restores it as soon as the power grid is available again.

Each connection can support devices with a maximum current of up to 5 amps, and the power strip itself has a power consumption of less than 1.5 watts. The strip has the following dimensions: 60cm x 5.5cm x 6cm. It has connections for German plugs, so you may need an adapter.
