Of all the technological advancements shown in Star Trek, the transporter would without a doubt be most practical to have. Sure, phasers, replicators and warp drives are nice, but a freakin' transporter? Come on!
The Star Trek TOS Heat Change Mug might not feature a proper transporter, but at least it has an included prototype that can be activated by pouring in hot liquid. Once you do that, the Enterprise's crew will be transported from one side of the mug to the other!
We'll let you know once we've managed to get the tech working outside of mugs ;).
