Closer examination of the film and image material collected by Kent has revealed that Batman wears water-repellent and reusable ponchos, which are unnoticeable to the untrained eye due to their deceptive resemblance to his costume. The research and development department at Wayne Enterprises was able to reproduce exactly these items of clothing and offer them for civilian sale.
